We love our guests and want to continue to create beautiful memories for as many people as possible! While the property is large and beautifully designed for group stays, our lodging platforms prohibits disruptive parties or events, and we support those standards. Respectful gatherings with registered guests are welcome, provided they comply with our lodging platform's policies, Community Disturbance Policy and local quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please be mindful of noise outdoors and avoid inviting unregistered visitors. We take great care to maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and a peaceful environment for all guests to enjoy!
On-Site Event Staff for Events
For any PeerSpace booked event gathering over 17 people, a member of our Event Staff will be present on-site for the duration of the booking. There is no additional charge for this service, as it is already built into the pricing based on guest count and event type.
Our Event Staff helps support guest and property safety, maintains compliance with Tampa’s residential sound ordinances, and assists with parking coordination. They discreetly monitor entrances and outdoor activity to ensure everything runs smoothly and remains within neighborhood guidelines. Staff can dress to match the tone of your event such as formal, casual, or themed—so their presence blends seamlessly into your celebration while offering peace of mind for all
